If requesting a single card $7each, please add $7.80 for shipping

A4 Prints are packed flat, A3 and A2 Prints are rolled/packaged & sent in Postal Tubes and couriered with NZ POST. I aim to have your order processed within 3-5 working days, as I get a Third party to do my large printing. Once sent, orders take up to 3 working days to arrive Nationwide. We ask for your understanding and thank you for your patience

Wall prints:

Have a white border

Are printed on a high definition satin coated

premium paper in matt finish

for colours that pop

Cards: 

Are printed on an A5 250gsm white, smoothe satin coated card

I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of my products, I cannot guarantee that your device's display of 

      colour will be accurate

Copyright law applies to all my original artwork, and it is not for replication, and/or sale by anyone other than me, the owner of copyright - sale does not transfer the copyrights of the artwork

Please Check your order carefully before purchasing as unfortunately I cannot offer a refund if you simply change your mind. However If you wish to exchange do not hesitate to contact me within 24hrs of your purchase. If there is any other issues with your order on arrival please contact me within 24hrs at nga.dsignz@gmail.com

I have taken all precautions to ensure your artwork is carefully packaged 

and protected for it's journey to you.  However, things can happen.                               

If your order is damaged during transit, please contact me immediately at nga.dsignz@gmail.com so that I can lodge a claim with NZ POST right away. Please make sure you hold your order and keep all the packaging it came in, and take photos. I will be happy to replace a damaged product once I have assessed and approved the issue, and on return of the damaged item.

On arrival I suggest you only remove your print(s) from its postal tube once you have a frame ready to put it in. Damages caused by your own personal handling of the print cannot be refunded. 

I will try my best to remedy any situation.

         I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of my products. I cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of 

      any colour will be accurate.

Warranties and guarantees 

Nga Dsignz is a New Zealand Business. For your own peace of mind that means that you are covered under New Zealand consumer law. 

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 

The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods. In the event that goods sold are faulty or damaged, the customer has the right to a repair or replacement. The customer, however, must give acceptable evidence of fault/damage, or will need to return the damaged goods at their own expense before a replacement is issued. If a replacement is unable to be issued, a refund will be given.
